Sell your products online- These days, more people shop on Amazon than at physical stores. As our world becomes more connected online, people will expect more and more from your online presence. That means that they’ll expect to be able to schedule appointments and consultations online. It also means, if you have physical products, they’ll want to be able to purchase them from your website and social media pages. If you don’t have a “shop now” button or a purchase button for these products on your digital pages, this is a great time to get one.
Give Social Media discounts and giveaways- Offer limited time deals just for your Facebook and Instagram followers. These deals could be a certain percent off a procedure, a free product or even a package (buy one product or service get something else free). But, make sure it’s an offer that’s only available online. When patients hear you’re doing online promotions, you’ll get more likes and follows. And those likes and follows can turn into new patients for your practice.
Link your Social Media pages with your Website- When you have a strong digital presence, that means it has to be strong on all your platforms. Both your website and your social media pages need to present a single face to your patients. Being able to buy a product on your website won’t mean much if a patient doesn’t know about your social media special on that product. And having that social media special will be hollow if patients can’t learn about your other services from your website. That’s why you need to have a link to your website on all your social media pages and social media links on every page of your website. That way, no matter where your patients find you on the internet, they’ll be able to learn everything they need to know about you with one convenient click.
